Try pumping them..I hope you didnt loosen the bleed vavle to get the pads in.. just use a screwdriver to pry the old ones apart. To bleed:
1.Fill the resovor
2. pump and HOLD pressure on the brake pedal
3. have someone loosen the bleed screw while you are still holding presssure
4. when the pedial drops, KEEP pressure on pedal until the bleed screw is closed.
5. once the screw is closed re-fill resovor and pump the pedal back up and start over step #2
Do this as many times as needed to remove air form the brake line ( 5-10 times )

If you did not open the bleed valve then just pump them like he said. I just put a new set on last night and that is all I had to do.

I just had a lesson how to bleed my brakes...Do as JRM said and always remember to keep the lever on while you tighten the valve up or air will get right back in there and you'll probably have to start over.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks for the replies everybody.I just followed JRM's instructions. And found out it wasn't very hard. I did it about 5 or 6 times and got the air out.
