I've all but decided that I'm going to purchase either an '03 (if available) or '04 Rancher 350 4x4 (standard shift) model. Do any of you folks know where the best price on one could be had? Also, will this thing fit in a shortbox fullsize Chevy truck? And finally, where is the best place to order a load ramp on the cheap?
