Which one is faster low mid and top speed?

 

Come on I know someone with a 450r has raced a predator?

 

I have raced a few. I beat every one handily. This has been races up Sand Mountain in Utah. I have it on video, but I don;t know how to host it.

 

I just got back from the GNCC race in NC, and my brother raced his 04 Predator down there. And from what I saw, the 450R and the Pred are very close, but I would have to give the edge to the Pred. The 450R would get the jump, but the Pred would catch it, and then pass it. He ran in the stock class, so none of the 450 had the HRC kit in. My brother said he was behind a 450R and a YFZ450 when they came to a strait away, and he and the YFZ were neck and neck, and both were ahead of the Honda. So I would say stock for stock, the Pred is faster.

 

I'm gonna have to call BS here because both 450's (the Honda and Yamaha) will make a Predator look sad. The Predator couldn't hold a candle to the 450's unless the people riding the 450's can't ride for $hit....

I don't care what you call it, I saw what I saw.

 

I beg to differ. With equal riders, the Pred would be right there. Just look at the points standings in the stock class. The stock class in GNCC racing is like the Pro class in the mourning. Stock riders ussally get most of the top 10 overalls, so most of the riders are very good. There are only 5 predators out of 39 atv's and 2 are in the top 6, and a Predator is leading with points after 4 races. Don't underestamate the Pred, they are a very good atv.

 

I will be posting a picture from my video tomorrow that will show you how bad I beat two Predators up sand mountain. Trust me its not weight, I weigh 230. Both were piped and had paddles. I was handing them both their behinds through the woops, I thought Pred's had the best suspension?
I raced one the weekend before with Boondockers, I beat him bad, he said he didn't haveit dialed in, which I am sure is true. You better have motor work if you think your pred can beat this 405R. I would bet on it.

 

I beat a predator up Comp in Glamis with my lt250. I still need to race a 450r and a YFZ
