Just a short follow up on my last post. I had a chance this morning to take the Rancher for a little ride to check it again, and also had a chance to warm it up a little more than last night, and the idle adjustment seemed to help a "little". But in my honest opinion, I still think that a little hard shift from neutral, to forward or reverse, every so often is nothing to worry about unless it is more than a little. My ES 01' rancher also jerks' into first from neutral.. I think they all do that, my dealer said it was okay.
