Default oops there goes my wheel

Well it all started when my buddies were calling me to go riding today. I hade to put a new nut that holds the disc on to my axel.

When i put the hub on i forgot to put the cotter pin through the nut. I went for 3 hours then i went over a jump and it fell off......

I was alright but got throwen off. and my wheel went by.

All because i hade to take the honda. ha ha ill rember next time.

The NUT is supposed to hold the hub on. Torque it properly to spec, and use a dab of grease on the hub splines. The cotter key is only there as a fail safe.
