I am in the market for a full 400ex exhaust system, my CT system fell apart. I need a system that is well built, reputable and keeps the noise down to 93db. I have been looking at the yoshimura full comp system ($407.00 from rockymountainatv.com) but I am cocerned about noise, do they make an insert that deadens the sound? how much does it deaden the sound, how much des it cst and where can I get it?

Also: is the yoshi full comp system right for me? I am running a modified 440ex engine built by CT with a 41mm carb, web cam, porting, valve work and a bunch of other crap, I took thecompression down to 11:1. I need power throughout the powerband, will the yoshy system suit my needs?

hell yea it'll be ready for this weekend, just gotta swap out pistons and add sme discs to the supertrapp and it will be ready to go

 

if you don't mind, tell me where you jetting is set at. i assume it is an fcr 41? these have main fuel jets, main air jets, fuel skrew, air skrew, and needle's to mess with. thanks

 

honestly, I have no idea what the jetting is set at, it was set for the CT system and thats all i know.
