We were riding the other day and my son's TRX 90 was running fine, he pulled up shut it off for a break and when he went to ride it again, nothng. It wouldn't start, there was no spark I tried three different NEW plugs and nothing. I now have it at home with all the plastic removed and check every connection, wire, etc. I even unhooked the keyed ignition wires and hot wired it and nothing.

Has anyone had this happen?
I don't really want to spend a few hundred bucks on ignition coils, CDI, etc. if I don't need to.

 

Just a guess: Any chance that the neutral gear interlock is messed up so it's acting like it's still in gear?

you can adjust it with a little screw by the oil my kept jumping out of gear because it was adjusted wrong.adjust it untill it works right.
