i have a 1991 250x and i put a big bore kit in it. my question is, when i put the cam chain tensioner back in do i have to make any adjustments first or just stick it back in the way it was set before.(how much tension on the chain)
any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

 

they adjust there selfs. Thats why that spring is in there. Thats how it is on my yammi and ways.

 

take the screw out of the back and use a small srewdriver to adjust it all the way back and bolt it up and release the screwdriver and presto
