85 Honda Big Red 250es Smokin

Just got from a friend of mine, has been sitting for two years, cleaned carb and flushed tank, got running, when revvin up it spits out lots of black smoke and back fires as it slows down what can I do..

First of all I would like to direct you to the ATC forum, you will get a better responce for your ATC questions. Sounds like you need to do a compreession test on it. Black smoke is oil.
