Default 300EX vs. 250EX

well i have the 400ex and 250ex, i had the 250ex since 2002 and it still runs great and its a great family quad. im 6' and still like to ride wheelies (forever) and jump around on the 250ex b/c it is so small and light, i can just whipe it around and stuff. but all 3 of the ex's are great quads and all realiable. it just depends on wut u do and how big your walot it.

300ex, you'll be bored of the 250 fast.

You people forget that the 250ex is about 1000 bucks cheaper than the 300ex and you are not giving up that much in speed. I don't even know why Honda makes a 300ex....there should be the entry level 250ex and then the 400ex....

I do own a 250ex and it's the best bike out there dollar for dollar as anything.....

I got a 2003 for 3200.00 brand new out the door, they usually go for 3400.00...but either way, it's second only the Blaster in the cost department.

That is a good price. Did Honda lower the price on the 250EX like they did by $500 on the 300EX?

Thanks you all for the info. I think I am going to go with the 300EX because I like their look and the manual clutch. One more thing, which pipe is better for it, Fatboy 4 or DMC Alien? I like the 300's low end but want more top speed without sacrificing its amazing low-end. Ideas?
