Default quiet exhaust

what is the most quiet exhaust system to buy for a 300ex. I hear the FMF Q is quiet but is it as quiet as some other exhaust with quiet cores put in them.

I put a White Brothers E2 on my 450r and it is very quiet. It also made a noticable difference in power. I don't know if they make them for the 300 though.

The thing about the Q is that it is designed to be quiet, and still have descent performance. Putting a quiet core in an exhaust disrupts its performance, and isn't as good as a purpose built quiet pipe.
