CV Axle
Remove the Axle or dismember the CV Joint ??
I did remove the axle from mine last night,
it's simple . . .
Loosen Axle Nut, Jack, Remove wheel,
Remove Axle Nut
Remove Drum Brake,
Remove Bottom Shock Bolt,
If you have the tools, remove the Steering knuckle from the front wheels, if not, remove Tie-Rod
Ball Joint, remove the Suspension Arms (The 4 bolts the hold the suspension Arms ),
Remove the suspension Arms and Knuckle as an assembly, Be carefull with the CV Joints and Support the Drive Axle with a rope
or something . . .
Set the suspension arm on a block of wood or something to support it ( maybe you will have to remove the Brake Hose bracket ) ..
Don't let the suspension arm supported with the brake hose ..
Set the suspension arm assembly out of the way,
With a pry bar, pry the INNER CV Joint ( from the differential ), don't pry on the drive shaft, and Pry it STRAIGHT ...
The Drive axle hold by a C clip ....
These instructions were given by memory, and that's about what the manual says .. .

You're Lucky that I did this on my quad like yesterday !! Hehe . .
Also, in the manual they say to use NEW lock nuts for the Tie-Rod and the suspension arms . . .
I suppose the nuts loose their locking ability after your remove them . .
