Default Engine bearing

Hey !!

I'm currently inspecting the engine bearing that is in the front crankcase...

When it was oiled, after I remove the case, the bearing was not turning rough, not noise and smooth, but if I left it 2 min, than try to turn it, the first time I turn it it was a bit tuff to make it roll ...

Than, I washed the case in part cleaner, and the bearing is rough and it make some noise ...
Do you think the Bearing is bad, or it needs to be tested when oiled!???

Well ..
I guess there was dust in my part washer, because when I blew air in it, the bearing was rolling right again ...
