snorkel?

where exactly is the snorkel on the 400ex? Hwo do you remove it?

if u take off ur seat and look at the begining of the air box u can follow it all the way up to the front of the quad. i dont know how to remove it but i would guess there would only be a clamp and maybe a few screws

If it's anything like a 300ex's snorkel then the rubber piece should lead into the frame. But i don't know if its like the 300ex's.

The thing is totally small. I can see why people would want a modified lid to let in more air. I'll bet it really helps....
