thank you stroke9 the reason i dont specify the prob is because i dont know it i have no lights nothing at all im gonna take the plastic off . I just put new lights on not to long ago could they have shorted it out

I don’t think your problem is a short. If it were, something would have melted down when you installed the battery. I think it’s an open circuit, something like a broken wire or oxidized connector.
