How to make an ATV snorkel...help??

I want to do something to my engine to make it so it doesn't suck in water when I go under water....in other words I want to make my ATV breathe air while the water is over the seat....How can I make some kind of snorkel???...86HONDA, Pudding, JRM can you guys help???

Ohh...and what do I do with my sprockets if they don't line up??....the chain has to bend to go to each sprocket.
