400 ex pro circuit

Im thinking about buying a 99 ex with a full pro circuit system on it, is there any way to quiet it down? Its pretty loud and im sure some folks might not like it.

They make a tip for the T4 pipe that is supposed to make it quieter...doesn't make much of a difference though from what I have seen.
