my father inlaw just got a recall in the mail for his "04 rancher 400 automatic.

something to do with the gears shifting down to first. can't remember exactly. any one else got a recall???

i read the other thread about people having probs with gears. thaought i would let you know.

It's for an ECM replacement. There are a few threads around here that go into this subject.
