if anyone owns a foreman please tell me what you think about it. any reply is welcome.

 

i have a 04 500 rubicon forman and i love it i think it has a great 4x4 system.
plus it has manual shift or auto shift.
so if you just feel like cruseing you put it in auto, and if your in the mud or on the trails you can put it in manual shift.
i have two freinds and thay both had a 450es.
one of my freinds road my other freinds 500
and after riding it he sold his 450 and got the rubicon.
he said it has way more power then the 450 but im not sure its as much as he makes out.
the other guy wants a rubicon as well but cant aford to trade it in rite now.
and i traded my 03 500 arctic cat for my 04 500 and im very happy with it.
ive had mine since april 28th and i already have 823 kilometers on it.
thats 515 miles.
and not one single problem with it.
if your gonna get a forman then get the 500 rubicon or the 400 rancher.
the both have the same tranny and the 400 has 2x4 or 4x4.
ps i loved my cat there was nothing like 15" of ground clearance.

Which Foreman ? There are 3 of them.

 

well im not exactly sure which foreman goes with which year but i do know that even the '04 Foreman S has a digital screen and computer in it which i am not in favor of. i tend to get into a good bit of mud and some luggage-rack deep water so the computer thing kinda scares me. i also heard that one guy flipped his and hit the screen on a rock and busted up the screen and computer so the thing wouldnt crank until he spent a few hundred $$$ on a new head unit. to me, adding a multi-function computer to a fourwheeler greatly adds to the number of things that can go wrong....oh yeah, and i dont know how to fix computers.
with that said, idealy i would like a '03 Foreman 450 and maybe an '02
