450R suspention help for motocross

I am trying to set my 450R up for MX and it seems like when I land jumps I am bouncing and its very hard. Anyone have any advice as to what changes to make to the front and rear of my machine? I am 160 pounds. Thanks!

450R suspention help for motocross

I weigh about 145 so were about even. I just set my suspension soft about 2.5 turns front, 5 clicks in back, it works very well for me.
