Hi i have a 1999 recon2x4 and it will keep up with a 4x4 rancher 03 no problems at all and they are both in excellent shape and well maintained . i think it just depends on the engine itself and the weight of the rider . i only weigh 185 so thats not much for either of the machines. but mine will keep up easy with a rancher 300.
