Default exhaust question

i have a 2003 honda 300ex with a brand new powercore 4 with header. I noticed that the muffler sticks out about 1 inch further than the grabbar, is it made like that or did I do something wrong.

unfortunatley a lot of the fmf silencers are so long that they do that. its not a big deal until you wheelie and it scrapes on the ground.

you could probably custom make an extension for it so it goes as far as you want it to.

Since the muffler sticks out too far, why not put a six pack rack on the back. One with a grab bar made on it. My buddies got one on his 300EX and it looks pretty good and really comes in handy.
