Can I put one tire size up on my Rancher 4x4 es with out changing the rim? and what size is next up? And one more thing is it easy to stand my Rancher up on end on the rear wheels? and does it hurt it or damage it? Iam trying to take the stock skid plate off to put the new one on any advise will help. Thanks.

Yes.

>and what size is next up?

Simply, could be another inch to the OEM diameter; width-wise, you can go only so far before you have steering interference problems or need wider rims.

>And one more thing is it easy to stand my Rancher up on end on the rear wheels?

Depends upon what you mean by "easy;" can be done.

>and does it hurt it or damage it?

No; close the fuel petcock so you won't puke gas out the carburetor dump tube; obviously, don't stand your quad up with the fuel level so high it runs out the tank cap breather tube.

Good luck.
