the dynojet is shorter, but it comes with an adaptor. also, the stock mainjet height can be adjusted. all you need to do is adjust the needle jet holder. this will raise or lower the mainjet.

im gonna try to get a 170 today. would i go bigger or smaller if i wanted to run an airbox lid

Probably a 150-155 without vents. 155-160 well vented. 160-165 no lid.

That's just a wag though.
