I looking at buying service manuals for my 2 Honda's. What one's are better ( easy to read / understand ) Clymer Manuals or Honda Manulas ??

 

The honda factory service manuals are alot more detailed, and if you ever rebuild the motor, it will have all the steps and specs. Its worth the extra money, my2cents

 

yes honda manuals are far surperior to all others..

 

I got the honda manual, and the common service manual. Not all at the same time, as my budget is limited. I will probably get an aftermarket manual such as clymer or hanes also. there is no law stating you can only have one. I believe in having all the info I can get. (If still unsure ask questions too)

 

Honestly there is good and bad to both, The clymer is more idiot proof step by step instructions about fixing you bike, but the honda one has more detail as long as you can figure out what part those 2 little line are. I like the clymer for every thing but engine work they honda is better for that!!! They clymer and hanes are nicer because of the real pics and are cheaper than the honda one too

go with a clymer, there way more clearer with pdetailed pictures.

 

i have a clymer, can't complain

 

my friends factory honda manual is horrible compared to my clymer. The descriptions and pics are better on the clymer.
