Default 400 At Chattering Noise

My New Rancher 350 has a noise also. Had its first one hundred mile service done and reported it too them. Said they adjusted the valve blah blah.. Still makes the noise. ;( Its a very faint noise sounds like a valve to me also. But I guess its normal from what others are telling me.

Generally its bad if the noise is say louder then the actual engine. But look at the bright side you would rather have them a little loose then too tight!

Also if its really hot out it could be that too... you never know.. Oil gets real thin blah blah..

Default 400 At Chattering Noise

I bought mine this past weekend, when riding that was the first thing I noticed. Although I'm glad to hear that it's not just my machine, I would expect much more from Honda. Chattering and vibration in the engine can't be a good thing.

Check out this website posting from another thread. http://www.highlifter.com/store/leakshield.html
In the case of my AT which is now in the shop related to sever smoke and oil burning (after multiple complaints of chattering), I wonder if this may be related.

So is this chattering noise normal or not? It sounds like that everyone else has it as well.
