I too have gone the 6 hole route for airbox modification. Use the filter vents made by Uni, I have had no problems thus far. They are cheap and very easy to maintain. You dont want to run the risk of running lean, so I would say go up 2 sizes on the main to a 155 then test from there. Good luck!

I took the airbox cover off my scrambler, and it ran AWFUL. Started and idled fine, but wouldn't take the throttle at all. Makes me think that it'd really run re-jetted. Don't really want to leave my airbox open all the time. I ride in alot of sand.
How much trouble is it to change a jet. Would it be worth changing it for different conditions ?
Thanks,
Dave

I drilled 10- 1" holes in my lid, using white brothers filters, jet size 152,and runs awesome.
I bought another lid from Honda($5),in case I want to run in mud, rain or what ever.
2000-400ex
fmf powercore4 exhaust
white bros. rev limiter
K & N air filter w/pre filter
use Klotz everthing for oil, lubs,& etc.
Rethel handlebars (400ex bend)
Holeshot tires,ITP rims
