First check your grounds, and then make sure all the connections are good. YOU GUYS! if your 2-stroke is sputtering it is RICH, not LEAN! if its lean it will often "flatin" out and will kind of hesitate. Go down on your main not up. if it still sputters after you put tha original jetting back in then you have an eletrical problem.

 

I agree on the connections double check all the connections make sure they arent corroded
