I should have video of me pulling a wheelie up at 65 in 5th gear by Wednesday of next week. No, I do not put my foot on the grab bar, haven't done that for a long time. I just lean my weight back on the pegs give the bars a little tug and crack the throttle. I am still trying to find a cheap decent set of 420 or 428 chain and sprockets to get less weight in the drive train. I came down with the flu a few days ago and I start my MCSE classes this weekend which is why I haven't posted any videos yet.

Your bike does not do 78 mph. shut up! You sound rediculous. A stock banshee only goes 75. Those under powered, over rated 400 ex's can't come close to the performance of a banshee. If your at top speed, how do you get the drive to lift the wheels? Oh yeah, your 400 ex does 78 mph.

Some of you are awfully dense...as I said before, with a 416 it really isn't a major feat. Not trying to take anything away from you bro, but you guys who don't believe it can be done are ignorant.

I bet the EX will top out around 90-92 MPH with different gearing. It can be done.

when my ex had a stock bore but a stage 2 cam, r4 pipe, and uni filter i pulled a wheelie up at about 55 mph. i had to fight it a little to get it up but it came up. i prob coulda done it faster too but that was the only time i ever had somebody clocking me for a wheelie. i rode it for about 2 miles before i set it down because i had to turn. this was on a road in michigan. i have pictures and witnesses too. as for riding a wheelie to the top of 5th gear thats easy to do with enough room. some of you guys maybe shouldnt talk about what cant be done until youve actually tried it.
