Loud exhast for 2004 400ex
im not even buying an exhast for a 400ex. for one i dont own one YET and second i just wanted to kno the loud ones so i dont accedentily buy one cause i dont kno what all the DB stuff means for them. i agree with all of you i dont like the really loud quads i mean i think it sounds cool and all but it gets annoying after awhile hearing them rip up and down the trails. and i wouldnt buy a loud exhast also becasue i dont want to be deaf after a day of riding so let me rephrase my question lol What is an exhast that has a low rumble thats not too loud. and once again im sorry if i got anybody angry or offended.

I run FMF PowerBomb headers and mufflers on my EX, Z, and R (PowerCoreIV, Ti-4, and Factory 4, respectively). All have great performance, and all have "Quiet Cores". They all meet the 96dB rule for riding on public land, here in Calif.
Also, an open airbox, especially with a K&N can be very loud also.
