Help Please. Took off pull cord to clean out. Well I got it cleaned out and when I put it back together and tighten the nut it will not rewind. If I loose the nut it will rewind but then the more i pull the cord the nut will start to back out and the little plastic peice will start to come out. WHAT WENT WRONG?

Very simple. I bet you ride in deep water or mud from time to time. The water gets in there and causes it to freeze. Same thing happened to my rancher. Just buy a new one. I got one straight from Honda for less than $30. If it is not frozen like I think. Loosen the nut and add some lock-tight so it wont fall out while riding.
