Default How to install 2" receiver on front of foreman?

I want to put a 2" receiver on the front of an 04 foreman. The front of it can U bolt under the bumper tubing. I will weld shoulders to it to keep it from moving forward or back, unless the bumper tubes bend. However I am leery of attaching to the cross brace that is between the front swing arm attachments. The other option is the cross brace outside the frame that the bumper tubes attach too but it seems lighter weight. Or I could use both and spread it around. Anyone else have experience or ideas?

USES
I will have a winch and electrical harness on a 2" hitch, to mount on various vehicles and different ends as needed.
I also want to build an overhead rack between it and the factory rear receiver for pole trimmers, one gas powered and seemingly flimsy,
of up to 12'. If it is strong/ steady enough I will try to stand on it occasionally to increase trimming a few feet.
It might receive one of those tool trays.
I might try to modify and then hook up an old plow for snow that is lying around into it.

Thanks in advance!

Honestly, I would get the Warn multi-mount winch hardware.
If you are going to be using a winch also, you can buy the Multi-mount wiring.
The winch has a mounting plate and quick-connect so you can move the winch wherever you want.
I can use one winch on either the front or back of either of my quads.
This will bolt right up and give you a receiver on the front and the back, very handy.
If you are wanting the 2" receiver for the Foreman because you have 2" receivers on other stuff, you can just buy or make an adapter. They do sell them.
The warn multi-mount is the same size receiver as a class II (I believe) for cars. Very versatile.

I think that would be the best way to go.........
