2002 honda rubicon transmission problem

hello all i am having a problem with my o2 rubicon trans is jumping out of gear when driving . then it makes a grinding noise . then you have to slow down and stop to get it back in is there any adjustments for this transmission that it could be . any help would be great guys thanks in advance

that is justit check the shifter linkage for proper alignment ,
the shifter **** (up by the steering) it self has a position where it wants to sit in each setting -neutral -drive -and reverse,
also your trans shift lever or arm down by the trans has its position where it wants to sit at , and has its own place.
the rod that is connecting those 2 may not allow these levers or arms t get into their fully seated position,
there for the forward or reverse gears are not fully seated. and that is why it wants to popp out of gear.
disengage the connecting rod...... place the shift lever in drive and place the trans in drive , you will see that the rod connecting the 2 lever will be too short or too long.
adjust the rod to a proper length !
My rubi was the same way.
