I have a honda 300 2WD. Will it cause any major damage if i ride through water just about everyday. The water is about 1 to 2 feet deep.

If you drive through that much water that frequently I would make an honest effort to drain the brakes after each days ride.

Take care of you equipment and it will take care of you.

I have a 99 300 2wd I run thru water, mud etc. The only problem I have had is with the brakes....don't know if is was related to the water/mud or not.....The engine/drive shaft has always been sealed, no water ever in it.

Do get water (and mud) in the airbox from time to time, just drain it out at the nipple.
