light rims for 400ex

Default light rims for 400ex

im looking to shed sum weight off of my 400ex by gettin some new rims. what rims are a lot lighter that stock but are durable? thanks

Carbon fiber would be the only good way, that I can see.

They are huge money, can't think of the brand name. I have a set in my garage right now. They are not mine but there is a big difference, them to aluminum in weight.

the brand for the carbon fiber rims are hyper. the only downsides to these are the price, and that if you hit something like a rock, they wont bend like aluminum, they will crack and be useless. They usually do hold up pretty good though. so either they will do nothing after hitting a rock or crack altogether.
