Oh Metcalfe is a cool town, I've never been there actually but I hear about it and ya that's pretty much it. But is Metcalfe included in the Ottawa Mega city just as Nepean/Gloucester, etc all are?

 

Ye'sir. I am about 20 minutes from gloucester and 35 minutes from Nepean. I am south of the city by about 20-25 minutes. Where do you live?

I live near Osgoode, Greely, Edwards, Vernon, Kenmore, Ormond, Winchester.

 

I live "across" the river. You know, not the big st-Laurence which would imply that I'm American, I'm talking about the Ottawa/Gatineau river heh. The closest city to me is Gatineau (Hull actually) but does anybody know about GAtineau? So I'll just say I'm closest to Ottawa. But I'm actually in a rural area north of Ottawa.

 

Perfect..do you know how much the trail passes for "de oder side of da river" are? That would be ATV passes for winter...

 

You mean snowmobiles right? They don't have any atv trails around here but they have snowmobile trails and they are aroudn $200 a season (or less)

 

After reading most of the post on here, I feel a bit jealous but not enough to make me want to move where it snows. Just keep the post coming and I will live vicariously thru all of you. wet sand sucks to ride on.
