i looooooooooooooove my 400ex it goes 73 mph with my mods wich arent much at all and ithink a blaster should be rated for kids under 12

 

Guys, i know this thread was started a while back but i wanna share my feelings about this Blaster/400ex thing you guys have going on.. I have riden a Blaster before and yes it was quick but not quick enough for my EX, i smoked it by a land slide... First off its not the mods that beat the other person, its the rider. This Blaster was race ready as well, had a Toomey B1 pipe, power reeds, jets the whole nine yards... We clocked it, the little 200 ran 67mph, thats enough to smoke a stocky easy, but if you can ride you can beat it on a stock.. Its all about the rider.. I have been clocked on my Ex 4 differnt times, 3 were in cars, and 1 was by a radar gun.. The 3 in the cars were all different, 1 said 72mph, 1 said 74mph, and 1 said 76mph, and the radar was from our little town cop... Which i am good friends with and he clocked me on a 1 mile straight.. The Verdict was 78mph ... Mine has some minor mods but nothing really major YET!!!!!! I plan on a full Yoshi pipe, Edlebrock Carb, degree Key, Curtis Spark 416 kit, Rev box, all the works.. i have riden my firends EX that has that and that EX will smoke mine any day any riding condition.. It has been clocked at 87mph... So i am not downing any bodies ATV or any type, they all have there ups and downs.. My fiance has a New 05' KFX 700, and that is 1 powerfull MONSTER.. It is 1 of the best atvs i have ever ridin.. It was clocked at 79mph bone stock... But if you think you ATV is bigger and better than the others i would recommend a race, and switch ATVs for a second race to see if its the atv or the rider.. Any way i just thought about sharing my thoughts on this issue..
