I am looking to buy a new honda rancher. Honda has the list price @ $4399. The dealer is shooting me a price of $4250. Is this a good price? shouldn't I be able to get him down lower.... Also any thoughts on the ES over the plain rancher??

I think that's a fair price. As for the ES You'll get the nifty floorboards which help keep the mud off you. I personally don't care for the electric shifting myself. I always find my toe is searching for a shifter that's not there..

The Ranchers are selling so well dealers don't have to negotiate prices. If you can get any deal under MSRP then its good.

$7399 for a Rubicon. That's $400 more than MSRP.

How about 4,149 for a 2000 4x2? Thats the drive out price, no sales tax on out of state purchases.

http://www.yamahadiscountprices.com/hondaatvs.html

.. and it's only a 6 hour and 21 minute drive from where you are .. one way.

I bought mine here earlier in the year. Mine was 3,999 then.

oh, one more thing .. they don't take charge cards, cash or check only.

If I read the ad right, that price gets you your choice of ES or manual shift.

I've had no trouble with my ES.
