drag race....

250X, i seen it done, i'm not sure if the gearing ratios are changed or not, and too me it seems like the 300 is a little bigger than the 250, plus you got the weight differences too

Actaully the 250x's did have reverse. My buddy has a 87 and it has reverse.

Yep they do have reverse, wish the 250Rs had reverse

I appreciate that he was trying to help moto, but if you dont have something positive and at least somewhat correct to post then you shouldnt be weighing in on the issue.

That's funny!! You give great info and advice but more than half the time your replys are negative. If someone posts something that may have been covered in the past the first thing you do is ream a new one and tell them to "do a search". Maybe you should practice what you preach......
