you need to bore your case so the sleeve fits in. there needs to be a little play. the sleeve and case won't expand at the same rate. when the sleeve expands more than the case, the sleeve pressure is exerted on the case from teh sleeve. then you need to realize the piston is moving up and down quickly. this can quickly lead to a cracked sleeve.

Make sure the sleeve doesn't make any contact with the trans cases, there has to be room for expansion due to heat. The contact creates a hot spot and puts unwanted pressure on the sleeve, look for a shiney spot on the cylinder bore with more wear than the rest. You have to grind the trans cases to make room if there's any sleeve contact.......
