I've searched for a long time for a cheap suspension and have found the stock 400EX stuff to be the cheapest. Most a-arms are around 125+/-. Shocks can be found cheaper than that. I just put the 400 a-arms on my sons 300ex and it sure made a differance. I left the stock shocks on it because he is a sting bean. (tall and thin) When he does put on some weight, I'll probably look into some works shocks made just for this setup. Or I might go the cheaper way and get some 400 shocks and the conversion kit for the front. Look on e-bay or at your local shops for stuff that other guys have taken off and replaced with better stuff.
