When I turn the key on the Reverse light stays on. The motor turns over, but will not start. I have turned the key on and off but the light will not go out (it is off when the key is off). The display is reading "N" and I can roll the ATV back and forth so I know it is in neutral. Does anyone know the problem and how to fix it? Thanks.

 

Nope hondas suck anyway get a new one maybe a Yamaha

 

For anyone serious who would like to know the problem. It was the ECU.

 

What did you have to do, replace the ECU or just fiddle iwth connections?

With the wonderful help of Gimpster, I had to re-initiate my ECM to get the thing to shift properly while in ESP mode. Now, it works fine. Other than the electronic/computer hiccup and the condition the unit was delivered to me, I am loving the Rubicon and we already really like the Rancher my son rides.

 

Had to replace the ECU. I tried cleaning and repluging but that didn't work. $190.00 for the ECU
