Who said it goes 60 lol ....i Have one and on flat ground it goes exactly 47 ..with the spark arrester off and airbox cover off it goes like 53-55

what are you talking about.. i had mine going 50.4 mph UP HILL gps certified and all i had in it was a kn filter

The 250EX goes probably 45-50 MPH stock. The 250EX is slow but its only a 250 4-stroke but it is kinda quick for its size. But I got mine when I was 13 years old so it felt fast to me and back then and the biggest ATV I ever drove back then was a 300EX and I was a beginner too so thats why I got it. But now I'm 16 and want something bigger and faster but I don't have the money for it so I just have to mod my 250EX to make it a lil faster, and maybe trade it in later and pay less money. Anyways where I live and ride there isn't many places to get an ATV up to 60-70+ MPH. Well there is places but its not my land or its a road to get the cops called on you or else it just **** everyone off. I ride in woods mostly so the 250EX does me good enough, but it still is slow for me, but at least I have an ATV. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

 

my 05' 250e will hit 57 on ashault---had a grizzly running beside me and he was doing 57 we was right beside each other.....i kno it will do 60 wide open on the road..well mine will with me on it anyways***5'11' 140 pd.*** and thats flat ground...i would say mine will go about 63 down hill...Stock...belive it or not..
