250r engine in 300ex frame?

is it possible to directly bolt a 250r engine on a 300ex frame? like do all the mounting holes line up and does the exhaust clear everything??

nope there would be alot of cutting and welding. i was gonna swap out my 400ex engine with a 250r and decided it would be cheaper to sell my 400ex and build a 250r
