Default How can i make my ex250 faster

I have built a few of the 250EX's this is what I found worked best.
Use a full exhaust T4 or DG exc. both work good.
Under your gas tank is the intake for your air box open the end up to the size of the tube.
Put six Uni pop in vents in the air lid. I use hot glue to help hold them in.
Your main jet will end up being a 105 to 115 depending where you are.
You will get a big dose of torque right off the bottom clear up to the rev limiter.
If you want to go more get a hold of Powroll the make a rocker arm and a big bore kit that really wakes it up.
Stay with the stock air filter or use a Uni. Stay away from the K&N. they do not filter that good and it will take away from the botten end.

Just remember you just have a 250EX. Some times it is cheaper to move up in quad size

I agree, go get a Z400/KFX400 or 400EX.
