what warn did for me

I posted a question a few weks ago about a problem with my Warn 424 coming out of 4x4 when wheels were spinning. Other than adjust it and make sure the cable wasn't getting pulled or kinked, no one had an answer. Other than mine they seem to be very reliable. Anyhow, I contacted Warn about the problem and they said it might be the springs or maybe the cable or something else if I couldn't adjust it. They said send it in. Well I really didn't want to take the front end out of my machine in February ( I plow with it), ship it to Oregon, wait Lord only knows how long until they return it, and pay how much to fix it! However, I had no choice. In just one week after I shipped it I received a brand new one at no charge!! They said they realized I wanted it back soon and that they improved the springs and cable over what I had, and the bearings didn't seem right so rather than repair it they sent a new one. This tells me Warn stands behind their products. I also have the 2500lb winch from them and am very pleased with it also. I will buy more Warn products in the future, I don't often see a company as helpful as they were for me. Thank you WARN.
