80 degrees or better? Seems just a little excessive. I'm not saying you're a liar, It's just hard for me to believe. Are you sure that's not a temperature?

HAHHAHA, NA DUDE, IT WAS HOT THOUGH...FOR REAL, YOU CAN GET UP SOME STEEP HILLS...WE USE A FRONT END LOADER TO MAKE A SMOOTH RUNWAY, AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE A ROUND RADIUS AND THE BOTTOM, SO CENTRIFUGAL FORCE PUSHES YOU AND KEEPS YOU ON THE FACE, U HAVE TO GO FAST TO KEEP MOMENTUM...ONCE YOU LOSE MOMENTUM, DOWN YOU COME

The only hill that has stopped my 300ex was one i wasnt ballsy enough to try. This thing was like the other guy said at least 80degrees straight up and it was like that for about 50-60 ft then it sloped up for another 100-150- ft........i wouldnt try that but i saw a 300 4x4 slide all of the way back down it and i also saw a 400ex shoot up it

I meant to say, what is the best 4x4 hill climber on a straight, but not really smooth hill.

Rancher 4x4, it will do allmost everytyhing in 3rd, (with me, i dont weigh much, 110) and if you REALLY need it 2nd, then there is first if your insane and go up a wall or some s**t
Ride hard. And ride smart.

I know you asked about Honda, but I just had to throw this in.My 00 2-stroke 400cc Xplorer is one bad a$$ hill climber.

I have a 2-stroke engine[wheel speed],it weighs under 600lbs,has true 4x4,and really kicks up the wheel speed for the steeper hills.I'd match it against ANY stock 4x4 in the hills, anytime.

I couldn't really tell you, but I've been all the hills I want to on my 300 4x4 except ones with deep ruts. I would think that a foreman 400 would be good with its low center of gravity. The 350 Rancher has the new front end so it would probably do good.

The best Honda I've ever seen at hill climbing is on old 80 something model 125 with no front fenders, warped frame, and some big ol baloon tires. The guy followed us up every hill we went up, maybe a little slower than the rest but he made it none the less.
