I am installing the Pull Starter Leak Shield from High Lifter and after taking off the recoil starter, it says to remove the bolt that holds on recoil pulley. Does that bolt have a left handed thread? Thought I ought to find out before I mess it up. Is it necessary to take off the recoil pulley? Thanks
