We have an 01 Rubicon. Last night I looked at the mileage and hours, 5089 miles. 598.5 hours.

Our friend has a new 04 Rubicon. He just had his first service done. I realize it might not be 100% broke in, but.

The two Rubicons have the same acceleration and get the same gas mileage. Mine has a little higher top speed, about 2 mph.

At a little over 6500 ft in elevation on a graded gravel road with a little over 400 pound load, we hit 55 mph twice. As far as I could tell the road was flat and not down hill.

So, 5089 miles & 598.5 hours later, it still runs LIKE NEW!!

Sorry for rambling, just quite satisfied with our ATV. Its Red, and Its a Honda.

 

besides the very rare problems honda's have they are bullet proof. we have had ours over 1200 miles in nothing but mud and hills and you name it we have went through it. they are just very reliable machines.
