i was just wonderin, let's say i bought larger tires than the stock ones' on my recon, i know that it would bring down my low end, and gain my top speed, but would i have to do something else, like let's say, rejet my carb?

 

no to the rejetting. You aren't affecting the air flow, only the gearing. Might affect the handling due to the change in geometry.
